Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Fanlaw Technologies (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services made through our website www.fanlaw.in, including web development, app development, placement training, courses, and digital marketing services.

1. Service-Based Projects (Web & App Development, Digital Marketing)

Once a project has been initiated or the development work has begun, cancellations are generally not permitted. However, under specific circumstances and mutual agreement, we may consider a partial refund depending on the stage of completion.

  • If the cancellation request is made before any work has started, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if applicable) will be issued.
  • If the project is in progress, a proportional refund may be issued after deducting the cost of work completed up to that date.
  • No refund will be provided once the project has been completed or delivered to the client.

2. Online Courses and Training Programs

We strive to provide the best learning experience through our online and offline training programs. However, please read the following conditions before enrolling:

  • Once access to the course or materials has been granted, no refund will be issued.
  • If a course or batch is canceled by Fanlaw Technologies, a full refund or alternative batch option will be offered.
  • If a student withdraws before the course starts, a refund request may be considered after deducting administrative charges (up to 10%).

3. Placement Training and Career Programs

Placement training programs and bootcamps are non-refundable once a candidate has attended any session or accessed training materials. In the event of cancellation before program commencement, partial refunds may be issued after evaluating administrative costs.

4. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Study Materials)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once the product has been delivered via download or access link, no cancellation or refund will be processed.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Service or course name
  • Reason for cancellation

All refund requests must be emailed to info@fanlaw.in within 7 days of purchase.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment. Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. No Refund Policy for Non-Compliance

Refunds will not be issued in cases where the user fails to attend classes, ignores project deadlines, or fails to provide necessary information or approvals for service completion.
