Placement Policy – [Fanlaw]
1. Objective
The Placement Policy aims to ensure that all eligible students receive fair opportunities for placement assistance and to maintain discipline, transparency, and professionalism throughout the placement process organized by FANLAW.
2. Eligibility for Placement Assistance
To be eligible for placement support, a student must:
- Successfully complete all required training modules as per the course curriculum.
- Maintain at least 75% attendance or complete the recorded classes in training sessions and practice assessments.
- Clear all mock tests, aptitude, communication, and technical evaluations conducted by the institute.
- Have no pending fees or disciplinary issues.
- Submit a complete and updated resume in the institute’s prescribed format.
3. Registration for Placement
- Placement registration is mandatory to be considered for job opportunities.
- Students must agree to this Placement Policy and complete the placement registration payment (if applicable).
- Once registered, students will receive access to placement activities, job alerts, and mock interviews.
4. Placement Process
- Pre-Placement Training: Students undergo skill enhancement sessions in aptitude, reasoning, technical, and communication skills.
- Internal Evaluation: Students must clear institute-level tests and interviews before company drives.
- Company Drives: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on company criteria such as CGPA, skills, and performance.
- Interviews: Students must attend interviews on the given date and time, either online or offline.
- Offer Acceptance: Once an offer is received, the student must confirm acceptance formally.
5. Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain professional behaviour during all placement activities.
- Misconduct, absence without information, or fake documentation will lead to permanent disqualification from placement assistance.
- Any communication with companies must go through the Placement Cell only.
- Students should not reject an offer once accepted.
6. Job Offer Guidelines
- A student receiving a job offer through campus placement will not be eligible for further placement drives unless the institute decides otherwise.
- If a company withdraws its offer due to reasons beyond the institute’s control, the institute shall not be held responsible.
- The institute provides placement assistance, not guaranteed employment. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
7. Fees and Refund Policy
- Placement registration or training fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In case of double payment due to a technical issue, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
- Refunds are not applicable if a student discontinues the course voluntarily.
8. Attendance & Performance Requirements
- Minimum 75% attendance in classes and mock sessions is required to remain eligible.
- Students failing to attend scheduled mock interviews or company drives without valid reasons may lose further placement privileges.
9. Communication and Updates
- All official placement communication will be shared via the registered email ID or WhatsApp group.
- Students are responsible for checking updates regularly.
10. Disclaimer
- The institute provides placement assistance, including training, resume building, interview preparation, and connecting students to recruiters.
- FANLAW does not guarantee employment. Selection depends on the student’s skill, performance, and employer requirements.
11. Agreement
By registering and making the placement registration payment, the student hereby declares that:
- I have read and understood the Placement Policy.
- I agree to abide by all terms and conditions mentioned above.
- I understand that placement assistance does not guarantee a job offer.
