Service-Based Projects (Web &#038; App Development, Digital Marketing)<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Once a project has been initiated or the development work has begun, cancellations are generally <strong>not permitted<\/strong>.  \n      However, under specific circumstances and mutual agreement, we may consider a partial refund depending on the stage of completion.\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>If the cancellation request is made <strong>before<\/strong> any work has started, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if applicable) will be issued.<\/li>\n      <li>If the project is in progress, a proportional refund may be issued after deducting the cost of work completed up to that date.<\/li>\n      <li>No refund will be provided once the project has been completed or delivered to the client.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>2. Online Courses and Training Programs<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      We strive to provide the best learning experience through our online and offline training programs.  \n      However, please read the following conditions before enrolling:\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Once access to the course or materials has been granted, <strong>no refund<\/strong> will be issued.<\/li>\n      <li>If a course or batch is canceled by Fanlaw Technologies, a full refund or alternative batch option will be offered.<\/li>\n      <li>If a student withdraws before the course starts, a refund request may be considered after deducting administrative charges (up to 10%).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>3. Placement Training and Career Programs<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Placement training programs and bootcamps are non-refundable once a candidate has attended any session or accessed training materials.  \n      In the event of cancellation before program commencement, partial refunds may be issued after evaluating administrative costs.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>4. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Study Materials)<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      All sales of digital products are <strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>.  \n      Once the product has been delivered via download or access link, no cancellation or refund will be processed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>5.
