Objective<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Placement Policy aims to ensure that all eligible students receive fair opportunities for placement assistance and to maintain discipline, transparency, and professionalism throughout the placement process organized by FANLAW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Eligibility for Placement Assistance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for placement support, a student must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Successfully complete all required training modules as per the course curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain at least <strong>75% attendance<\/strong> or complete the recorded classes in training sessions and practice assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear all <strong>mock tests, aptitude, communication, and technical evaluations<\/strong> conducted by the institute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have <strong>no pending fees<\/strong> or disciplinary issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a complete and updated resume in the institute\u2019s prescribed format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Registration for Placement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Placement registration is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> to be considered for job opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students must <strong>agree to this Placement Policy<\/strong> and complete the <strong>placement registration payment<\/strong> (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once registered, students will receive access to placement activities, job alerts, and mock interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Placement Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-Placement Training:<\/strong> Students undergo skill enhancement sessions in aptitude, reasoning, technical, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internal Evaluation:<\/strong> Students must clear institute-level tests and interviews before company drives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company Drives:<\/strong> Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on company criteria such as CGPA, skills, and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interviews:<\/strong> Students must attend interviews on the given date and time, either online or offline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offer Acceptance:<\/strong> Once an offer is received, the student must confirm acceptance formally.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students must maintain <strong>professional behaviour<\/strong> during all placement activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misconduct, absence without information, or fake documentation will lead to <strong>permanent disqualification<\/strong> from placement assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any communication with companies must go through the <strong>Placement Cell<\/strong> only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students should <strong>not reject<\/strong> an offer once accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Job Offer Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A student receiving a job offer through campus placement will not be eligible for further placement drives unless the institute decides otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a company withdraws its offer due to reasons beyond the institute\u2019s control, the institute shall not be held responsible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The institute provides <strong>placement assistance<\/strong>, not guaranteed employment. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Fees and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Placement registration or training fees, once paid, are <strong>non-refundable and non-transferable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of double payment due to a technical issue, refunds will be processed within <strong>7\u201310 working days<\/strong> after verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are not applicable if a student discontinues the course voluntarily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Attendance &amp; Performance Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>75% attendance<\/strong> in classes and mock sessions is required to remain eligible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students failing to attend scheduled mock interviews or company drives without valid reasons may lose further placement privileges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Communication and Updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All official placement communication will be shared via the <strong>registered email ID or WhatsApp group<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students are responsible for checking updates regularly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The institute provides <strong>placement assistance<\/strong>, including training, resume building, interview preparation, and connecting students to recruiters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FANLAW<\/strong> does not guarantee employment. Selection depends on the student\u2019s skill, performance, and employer requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
